BREAKFAST WITH ALMONDS AND CHIA

Breakfast with vegan chia and intestinal regulator.

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE

-A vanilla branch

-Three tablespoons of chia seeds

-200ml of unsweetened almond milk

-Two tablespoons of white almond puree

-Two apples

-50 gr of peeled almonds

PREPARATION

1-We open the vanilla branch and scratch the pulp with a knife.

2-Mix in a bowl,chia seeds with vanilla,almond milk and almond puree and let it rest for at least an hour.

3-We wash the apples and cut them into cubes.

4-We distribute the apple pieces and the almonds on the cream of the refrigerator and ready.
