BREAKFAST WITH QUINOA

This breakfast with quinoa strengthens our immune system.

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE

-200 grams of quinoa

-600 ml of coconut milk

-A pinch of salt

-2 orange

-50 grams of dried cranberries (or sultanas)

-Teaspoon cinnamon

-Two small tablespoons of honey

PREPARATION

1- Wash the quinoa with plenty of water.

2-Place the coconut milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

3-When the coconut milk starts to boil,add the quinoa and salt and wait for it to boil again, once it boils again lower the heat,cover and simmer a few 15 minutos.

4-Pelamos las naranjas y las troceamos.

5-Retiramos la quinoa del fuego y añadimos las naranjas y la canela,dejamos reposar unos 10 minutos.

-Antes de servir añadimos por encima los arándanos o las pasas con un poco de miel.
