ANA Mª LAJUSTICIA

Ana Mª Lajusticia nació en Bilbao en 1924. Es licenciada en Ciencias Químicas por la Universidad de Madrid y ha realizado estudios sobre Agricultura y alimentación animal, publicando artículos sobre el tema, en revistas especializadas.
Desde principios de los 70, se dedicó al estudio de la Dietética, basado en la Bioquímica y la Biología Molecular, participando en diversos Congresos sobre esta materia.
His extensive theoretical and practical knowledge led him to write his first work “The balanced diet in modern life, which was an extraordinary success, which was followed by nine other works, two of which have been translated into French, German, Dutch and Portuguese.
