-1 cup nuts or cashews
-1/2 Cup of water
-Spices to taste(salsa de soja,limón,coriander,perejil,basil)
-Let the walnuts or cashews soak overnight.
-Strain into a strainer to remove water from soaking.
-Add the 1/2 cup of water to previously soaked nuts,and we will beat until we get a dense paste.
-We will place this paste in a glass container and cover with a cloth.
-We will let stand between 8 y 12 horas(the longer the fermentation time, the more intense flavor)
-After the fermentation time,use a spoon to compact the cheese and remove excess water.
-Store a maximum of 5 días.
