CHEESE POTATO AND TOFU VEGAN

VEGAN CHEESE POTATO

Ingredientes

-250gr cooked potato.

-50g of the raw cashews 100 gr de tofu.

-2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.

-1 tablespoon lemon juice.

-salt to taste

-2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.

-250ml soymilk Unsweetened.

-A pinch of ground white pepper.

Preparación

-Peel the potatoes and place all ingredients together in a blender.

-Grind to a smooth cream and soft. If we want to get a lighter consistency we can add more than 50ml soy drink.

–Guardar en la nevera,but consumed in 2 o 3 días.
