ROLLS FAGOPYRUM

VEGETARIAN RECIPE WITH BUCKWHEAT WHEAT

INGREDIENTS FROM THE RECIPE

-1 cup and a half buckwheat

-3 tazas de agua

-1/2 cebolla

-1 carrot

-1/2 tallo de apio

-1/4 cup dried mushrooms

-4 cabbage leaves

-Sal

-Aceite

-Shoyu

PREPARATION

-Wash and blanch cabbage leaves with little water,for a few minutes.

-Soaking dried mushrooms

-Cut and wash the carrot,onion and celery in small squares.

-Strain the mushrooms and cut them into small strips.

-Boil the 3 tazas de agua

-Sauté the already cut vegetables and mushrooms,for about 5 minutos ,in a casserole that we have previously greased.

-Past the 5 minutos,add buckwheat,stir and pour the boiling water,salar,cover and simmer with flame breaker for 30 minutos.

-After the 30 minutos,we strain it all and let it cool.

-We place the filling inside the cabbage leaves, we roll up and close with a toothpick.

-We place the rolls in a source and add two fingers of water and a little shoyu sauce.

-Cook over medium heat for half an hour, turning it over from time to time.
